Privacy Statement

Article 1: Agreement on collection of personal information

KBRIDGE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) offers a procedure to the users to click “Agree” or “Cancel” buttons on the Company’s personal information handling

policies or the contents of the terms and conditions. Clicking the “Agree” button is regarded that the users agree to the collection of personal information.

Article 2: Personal information items to be collected

Personal information items to be collected for online consulting are as follows.

Items of personal information to be collected: Name email, telephone number.

Article 3: Purpose of using personal information

The Company shall not disclose the users’ personal information without prior consent, and collect personal information as follows for customer consulting and provision of various services.

No information shall be used for purposes other than the purposes above mentioned.

The Company agrees that it will obtain consent from the users, if the Company wishes to use the information other than those expressly stated in this Policy.

The user may reject the collection and use of personal information. If the user rejects, it is not possible to have online consulting and it may be difficult to use the parts of the services and receive benefits.

Article 4: Period for retention and use of personal information

In principle, the Company shall immediately destroy personal information of users when the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved.

If it is required to retain the information according to relevant laws and regulations including Commercial Law and The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company will retain information for a certain period as designated by relevant laws and regulations.

In this case, the stored information will never be used for other purposes and the periods for retention are as follows:

- Record regarding contract or withdrawal of subscription : 5 years (The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) - Record on consumer complaints or dispute treatment: 3 years (The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) - Record on collection/process, and use of credit information: 3 years (The Act on Use and Protection of Credit Information) - The Company treats valuable personal information of users in a safe manner. To prevent leakage, the Company shall destroy personal information using the following methods. - Hard copies of personal information shall be shredded with a pulverizer or incinerating. - Personal information stored in the form of electronic file shall be deleted by using technological method that is irrecoverable.
